Annette Dunleavy became vice president of digital commerce for QVC in December 2017. She leads the team that’s driving QVC’s ongoing digital evolution by leveraging customer data to deliver a best-in-class digital experience through targeted product discovery and video storytelling. Annette previously served as director of retention and relevancy, where she was accountable for QVC’s customer retention marketing strategy, e-commerce cross-category strategy and digital programming. Prior to joining QVC in 2004, Annette worked in various marketing leadership roles both on the agency and client sides of business. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Penn State University.
