Laura has extensive experience in working with analytics of all types. She’s currently leading the efforts of the Gap to transition customers from closing stores to e-commerce. In the past, she has also worked with major retailers like Saks OFF Fifth to build out its omnichannel business. Most recently, Laura was the chief digital officer of Perfumania, where she led the efforts to build out a social platform and develop new channels to sell an experiential product like fragrance. She holds a MBA from the University of Chicago and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
